The ultimate goal here is to achieve Satisfying Employment. You like what you do, you like who you work for and with, plus you’re paid what you’re worth.

We supply speakers or facilitators for your association, agency or company. All of the topics offered by K.B. & Associates can be conducted in Speaker format or Workshop format. K.B & Associates has been extremely successful providing resources for Professional Associations (local/state/national levels) in regards to their members.

Speaker format introduces or presents the concept(s) and addresses creative or nontraditional approaches to the issue(s)

The interactive Workshop format is the next step in the process and provides the “how to” plus application/implementation of possible solutions to the issue(s). The professionals at K.B. & Associates are active practitioners of their craft and lead by example.

K.B. & Associates conducts a needs assessment so that we can customize all topics for the sponsor’s needs or requirements.

On the night Kathy Bornheimer is scheduled as my guest speaker, I tell my class participants, "Fasten your seat belts and hold on tight: you're about to go for a ride".

Kathy is unexpectedly whimsical, passionate, and humorous as she shares from her reservoir of personal & professional experiences about how to secure employment you can sink your teeth into and how to navigate through the colorful world of self-employment (it surely isn't for the faint of heart).

Books by KB & Associates

I hired Kathy Bornheimer of K.B. & Associates as my career coach when I decided to manage my own career for increased success and to balance my life.

Making the decision to change your job or career is very difficult and stressful. Having a resource, like Kathy made my decisions through out this process so much easier.

Kathy was able to offer very important and valuable advice. She also answered all my questions regarding my job search and interviewing process. Her answers were very insightful. I have both of Kathy’s books to use as reminders and the exercises to help me keep on track.

Without Kathy’s help, I do not believe I would have received such a great job offer with a major corporation, which I recently accepted. I owe her a great deal of gratitude. The time and money that I spent in this process was well worth it.
