As the Director of Career Services with a for-profit Career College (Milwaukee campus) Kathy successfully transformed that department from a traditional administrative function in Academia to a staffing agency model. Good matches between the recent graduates and students were made for the Milwaukee area hiring needs. In 2004 Kathy transferred out of the Career Services department on the degree side of the college to the continuing education division and focused on adults retraining for new careers in healthcare.

This experience enables K.B. & Associates to benefit those starting or restarting their careers. Employers also benefit from this expertise in employee recruitment, development and retention.
